Phoenix Ivy Council: Today's Challenges in Local Media
Ivy Council members are invited to a special media educational event titled: Today's Challenges in Local Media. The Brown Club has arranged for our Brown alums in the media to speak on a panel discuss current and future meida issues - Steve Krafft '77, Reporter for Fox 10 News, Dee Dee Sturr '82, Producer for Clear Channel Radio, Mark Rodman '76, General  Manager for Fox 10 News, and Jerry Cobb '83, PIO for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. The event will be held at the ASU Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in downtown Phoenix on Thursday, May 1st from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. The cost is just $10 per person, payable in advance or in person the day of the event. To register, please contact Faith Klepper at faith.klepper@azbar.org by Wednesday, April 30 at 5pm.

Phoenix Ivy Council: Ivy Council/Columbia Club Social Mixer

Based on the attendance of over 80 alums at our last Ivy Council social mixer, we will be hosting our spring social mixer on Wednesday, May 14th from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.  The cost is just $10 per person which will include light appetizers and a no host bar.  This happy hour event will also include a brief special presentation by Lyndsey Fry, US Olympic team Silver Medalist in ice hockey and Harvard undergraduate.  Lyndsey is Arizona's first medalist in the Winter Olympics.

Phoenix Ivy Council: Arizona Diamondbacks Picnic Pavillion

The Penn Club is hosting for Ivy Council members a fun family event at the Picnic Pavillion at the Arizona Diamondbacks – LA Dodgers game on Sunday, May 18th at 1 pm.   The cost is just $38 per person, which includes private party of thePicnic Pavillion that includes  hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn, chips, soda, and water.   To register, please contact Alexa Luzecky at acluzecky@gmail.com.
